My adult son and I asked for twin beds and we had exactly that. Thanks. The room was small, but then that is Europe. We had two small Juliet balconies that brought in fresh air which was nice. We were on the street side, but it was quiet at night. On Sunday, even part of the Palm Sunday processional came right down our street. Lots of eating places nearby, walking to Plaza Mayor was about two blocks through narrow old streets with many shops and eateries along the way. Being about 1.5 blocks from the SOL Metro stop, we could get anywhere really quickly. We even walked to the Royal Palace and it was easy ... maybe 6 blocks?? This location is full of restaurants, shops, a nice plaza to which the Palm Sunday main processional came right through. I would stay at this hotel again w/o hesitation. Eduardo was such a helpful staff member; so were the young gals who worked different shifts. We bought some food for breakfast so the mini frig was helpful. The tea kettle was also welcomed.

Brilliant location within stone's throw of Puerta del Sol and Plaza Mayor. Well appointed building giving boutique hotel vibes with elevator and reception with long hours. Helpful staff, who communicate clearly - helped book a cab back to the airport and also held my luggage for the morning after checkout. The room itself was spacious for a 1-bed, and had all necessary amenities, including a tiny juliette balcony. Room was a nice temperature despite freezing cold outside.

Beautiful hostel seems to be newly renovated. As a Canadian, I would say it is almost like a cute little boutique hotel. Room was small but had everything we needed for our one night stay. Private bathroom, mini fridge, coffee, tv, wifi and nice view from balcony. Check in and check out was super quick and easy. Very central location; walking distance from Sol train station in Plaza Sol, Plaza Mayor, Mercado San Miguel and many more tourist attractions.

The hotel is incredibly clean, and it has everything you need. A comfortable bed, fridge, coffee, tea, air conditioning, and a hairdryer. The hotel is located right in the city center, making everything easily accessible. It’s a fantastic place to explore Madrid from. The staff is very kind and polite. I’m extremely impressed and highly recommend it.

Perfect apartment. New, clean, and comfortable. The room was small but complete. There were shutters that close off all possible light in the bedroom, the shower had lots of water pressure, etc. All the small details were well organized. The location is fantastic! We can highly recommend this place and will definitely come back!
